From Oprah, to Jennifer Anniston, you, myself, there's something distinct about us.

It's in the core―something no one except ourselves can toss to a side so what are some of these secrets we've been missing out on?

9 Secrets About Every High Powered Woman

As long as you’re one of them, then this applies to you.

We all have routines

Routines help guide our day effectively.

I know we're all bad at keeping to them but doing this makes you kick ass for the rest of the day.

So find a routine that is most convenient to you, one that you would be able to stick through without wavering and further improve your life.

Waking up early

Multi-billionaires have spoken on the art of waking up early.

You cannot leave your comfort zone if you keep waking up late. Why? The day started way before you did and you're struggling hard to catch up so master the habit of being early.

Gratitude

I watched a YouTube video on Oprah Winfrey and she says, when I finish meditating, I open my eyes and say, I'm alive!

I'm not saying this because she did it but start being grateful for everything in your life. Take nothing for granted.

Avoiding toxic relationships

If you want to lead in life as a better person, you have to let go of every damaging interpersonal relationships you are into.

Assess yourself, filter out people who add nothing to your life and keep those that will always be there.

Take your health seriously

Jennifer Anniston drinks a glass of celery juice each morning.

I know you are tired of listening to what celebrities do and that doesn’t make them better than you but at some point, you have to cut off your screen time for your wellness.

Self love is tough but you just can’t take care of the outer part of you. Your mind is also crucial because it controls your body.

Most importantly, listen to yourself and take your health seriously.

Social Media Detox

There's a reason I am tired of reading social media detoxing articles.

The internet is damaging but the amount of articles and videos shows how much people are seeing it for what it truly is.

We’ve all heard, likes don’t validate you but taking a step back from the media makes you focus more on what’s important in your life.

You don't have to go big on detoxing. Take it slow and soon enough, you will be where exactly you want to be.

Read

Feed your mind.

From the greatest fiction of all time to romance, thriller―any genre you do, just read.

Do more of what you love doing

I know I might sound like a YouTube motivational speaker but do more of what you love and what makes you happy.

Get off your couch, stop day dreaming and go for your passions.

Set a vision board, make it attainable and go for it.

Learn and Unlearn

Be a better person. Change your beliefs, and adopt new ones.

Takeaway

We all are high powered women.

And you know more of what we do? We aren't afraid to show the world who we really are, what we stand for and how much impact we're prepared to make.

In everything, do you first.
